International Rugby Board (including its associated companies) ("IRB", “us, “our” or “we”) have created this privacy statement to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following is a full description of our information gathering and dissemination practices for www.keeprugbyclean.com and/or www.irbkeeprugbyclean.com ("the site"). It sets out the way in which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We collect and use your information in order to give you a better service and to provide you with information you request, including information about the IRB, its events, the Game of Rugby Union and the IRB Keep Rugby Clean programme. The associated organisations to which, with your permission, we will release your personal information are limited to our worldwide partners, tournament sponsors and official suppliers, IRB (including its associated companies), and the Member Unions thereof, organisations associated with us and the organising committees of IRB tournaments. IRB will only disclose your personal information without notice when it believes disclosure to be required by law or regulation, or necessary to protect or defend the rights or property of IRB, the safety of the public or the users of the site.
